Sanitized technical error, performance, browser, and security data needed to operate and troubleshoot the service

Service providers & sharing
How information may be shared
Fire Logbook may use service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, and deployment providers to operate the service.
Privacy-safe operational error monitoring may be sent to Sentry after sanitization to help detect and troubleshoot service problems.
These providers process data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support Fire Logbook.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or organization data.
Retention & deletion
Records, export, and deletion
Records are retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Your organization is responsible for retaining its own required fire-safety records.
You can contact support to ask about deletion or export options.
Some backup, security, or diagnostic logs may remain for a limited period.
Access & correction
Keeping information current
You can access and update much of your organization and profile information in the app. For privacy requests, corrections that are not available in the app, or questions about data handling, contact support.
